66 Denton Road is believed to have been constructed circa 1790 as a then Coach House, later grade listed in February of 1993,. Built of traditional 'rendered' brick elevations, with feature cast stone (colour washed) window mullions, all under a deep pitched clay tiled roof, with Dormer windows inset to both front and rear.

The well balanced accommodation that is tastefully presented, has been thoroughly refurbished throughout, the extensive schedule of work has included:
Kitchen with beautifully crafted 'hand built' base kitchen cupboards, surmounted by broad oak work surfaces, with porcelain Belfast sink inset.
