The large patio comes into its own in the summer and we spend lots of time dining outside and leaving the doors open most days, however in the winter the separate lawn means the lawn stays mud free and so does the house :). The oversize garage and driveway are a godsend for bikes, cars and tools etc meaning there is no need for a shed and the option to knock through from the kitchen to make a utility room was on the plan if we stayed. Despite all this there are two things we will miss the most, the shower in the en-suite which is the best going (trust me on this).
